7. Project Timeline

- Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of work completed

13. Dispute Resolution
- Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution of disputes
- Unresolved disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Amritsar, Punjab
- The laws of India shall govern these Terms and Conditions
- Courts in Amritsar shall have exclusive jurisdiction
14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government actions, or internet failures.
15. Modifications to Terms
