- Full Refund: If you cancel before any work has commenced on your project, you are entitled to a full refund minus any payment processing fees (typically 2-3%).
- Timeframe: Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of payment for a full refund on service bookings.
2.2 After Work Has Begun
- Partial Refund: If work has begun, the refund will be calculated based on the work completed.
- Work Assessment: We will provide a detailed breakdown of work completed and associated costs.
- Minimum Charge: A minimum of 25% of the total project cost may be retained for initial planning, setup, and administrative work.
2.3 No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Project is more than 50% complete
- Custom deliverables have been provided and approved
- Service tokens or meeting bookings used
- Consultancy sessions already conducted
- Domain registrations or third-party purchases made on your behalf
3. Refund Eligibility by Service Type
3.1 Website Development
- Before Design Approval: 75% refund available
- After Design Approval: 50% refund available
- During Development Phase: 25% refund available
- After Final Delivery: No refund
3.2 Mobile App Development
- During Planning Phase: 75% refund available
- During Design Phase: 50% refund available
- During Development: 25% refund available
- After Beta Delivery: No refund
3.3 Consultancy Services
- Before Session: Full refund if cancelled 48 hours in advance
- Same Day Cancellation: 50% refund
- No Show: No refund
- After Session: No refund
3.4 Meeting Tokens
- Unused Tokens: Full refund available
- Rescheduling: Allowed up to 24 hours before the meeting
- No Show: Token will be considered used, no refund
3.5 Training Programs
- Before Course Start: 90% refund
- Within First Week: 50% refund
- After First Week: No refund
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:

- Include Details: Provide your order ID, payment reference, and reason for cancellation
- Response Time: We will respond within 2-3 business days
- Verification: Our team will verify the request and work completed
- Approval: Upon approval, refund will be processed
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Processing Time
- Approval: 3-5 business days for review and approval
- Refund Initiation: 2-3 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
5.2 Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used
- Credit/Debit card refunds: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Net Banking refunds: 3-5 business days
- Wallet refunds: 1-2 business days
5.3 Payment Processing Fees
Please note that payment gateway processing fees (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Disputes and Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision:
- You may request a review by contacting our senior management
- Provide additional documentation to support your case
- We will make a final decision within 7 business days
- Our decision in dispute resolution is final
7. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with the deliverables:
- We offer unlimited revisions within the agreed scope during the project
- Report issues within 30 days of project delivery
- We will work to resolve any genuine quality concerns
- If we cannot resolve the issue, partial refund may be considered
8. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank:
- Please contact us first to resolve the issue
- Chargebacks without prior communication may result in service suspension
- We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks
9. Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of:
- Medical emergencies
- Natural disasters
- Bereavement
- Other documented hardships
