Warranty Policy
Bought on Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho?
Your marketplace purchase carries the same warranty as a purchase from this website. File a claim here with your order ID and invoice.
Coverage
- Warranty period: as listed on each product page (typically 6, 12 or 24 months), from date of purchase.
- Covers manufacturing defects - dead units, charging faults, audio issues, battery failure and similar.
- Resolution: repair or replacement at our discretion, free of charge including shipping.
Not covered
- Physical or liquid damage after delivery
- Damage from misuse, unauthorized repair or modification
- Normal wear and tear (cable sheathing, cosmetic scratches)
- Products with tampered or missing serial stickers
How to claim
- Open the Warranty Claim form.
- Select where you bought it (our website, Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho).
- Enter your order ID, purchase date and describe the problem.
- Upload the invoice (photo or PDF - downloadable from your marketplace account).
- We review and respond by email, usually within 2-3 business days.

Every claim gets a unique claim number (like WC-AB12CD). Check its status anytime on the Claim Status page.
